South Traffic Council (STAC) is composed of a group of dedicated individuals, business owners and community leaders, who offer their time and effort toward building a safer community. STAC is self supporting and derives its budget through donations, fundraises and general membership

STAC, in partnership with South Traffic Division, generates financial support for the purchasing of the necessary tools to make the streets of Los Angeles safer. These funds are used for traffic safety, education in schools and for programs throughout the community..
